tenni green painted plastic bits, black powder coated frame, spoked wheels (?), brown seat and slightly different tire pressure specs Wink

Did I miss anything.....probably. Hopefully someone can add or subtract to that to give you a better answer but that's it as far as I know. Pretty minor differences all in all I think.

Paint. Spoked wheels. Tenni's had brown seat. Black headlight bucket instead of chrome.

In addition to what has already been said, there are actually three SE iterations. First the Tenni Green, then the black and silver Black Devil, and currently the black and red Coppa Rosso.

The biggest difference was the transition to the roller tappet cam box that went into production in mid 2012. That is to say, all SE models since that time have the current cam box design, whereas all the the 1200 8V models, all the Tenni SEs, and the early 2012 Black Devil SEs were built with the hardened, flat tappets. Depending upon the build, your riding conditions and your riding style, there MAY come a time when an upgrade to roller tappet cam boxes will be necessary. That upgrade may require a couple few thousand dollars out of pocket.

Certainly something to consider when deciding whether to purchase new, new old stock, or used.

Pretty sure that the 2015 Coppa Rosso puts out about 40hp more and gets nearly 75mpg.

I could be wrong though... Rolling Eyes

Actually I believe the only difference on the 2015SE that the sump is a bit different.

Essentially yes. The 2015 models have all adopted the one piece sump arrangement from the Cali 14.

Anyone know if that new one piece sump design is an improvement for the bike?

Wire spoke wheels with tubeless tyres is not a good idea, unless it's done like BMW do, with the spokes piercing the rim outside the tyre bead. The GRiSO ones don't. Air leaks guaranteed.

It eliminates a leak point, that's all really from an owner's point of view.

I'll be the first to admit that wire wheels with wide polished alloy rims look great, my first choice for aesthetics. There were some Cali wheels with perimeter spokes like BMW.
GRiSO is supposed to be the sporting version, wire wheels are heavier and more costly to make, and the Alpina (GRiSO) wheel has 38 possible leak points, all to save the weight of a tube.

I had the option of a set of either Alpina or Kineo wheels at around AUD$3000, to save 1kg weight/wheel on my Bellagio. I bought nos BST carbon fibre wheels for less than that & saved 4.5kg/wheel.
Personally, I think Guzzi should have used forged magnesium wheels for both cost & weight savings.
