| Nice, Jin. Sweet picture of you in your racing leathers and an even sweeter shot of your kiddo. Plus, plus. Steak, I have to say you're much handsomer since you got that awful tooth fixed | |

| I wonder how many R9T owners have pictures from their past on racers, club or otherwise? I find it amusing that apart from me most of the GRiSO owners had 'Sports' bikes back when we were young and brave. I bet R9T owners of our vintage would have pics of them on previous 'Boxer' iterations. I know I'm a bit of a Gizzi tragic but I at least have built fast ones, even if I never rode them because I didn't have the talent. No, not world beaters, but enough to be state champions. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And yes, in that first pic it's my Mana in the background. It wasn't that long ago... Pete | |

| Thanks to Fresh egg and Little 750 for the action shots. I look like your son every Monday morning Jin. Love the bike Pete. It has so much character. Must be a good feeling to have contributed to that. I tried a couple of track days on this after mildly rebuilding it. Only paid £500 for it. I was ok, but had too much self preservation to be anywhere near the front! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| I did race for a little while in 2004, well until Fri 13th August in practice .................... then forced retirement with 8 ribs broken in 12 places, collapsed lung and broken collar bone. Apparently my ambition exceeded my talent. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]" /> But I did buy a Cali Stone for my racing retirement. |

| Canadian import, I see...
Because in Europe that headlight panel was on the XR bikes with a different single cluster and other minor changes etc... My XLS was turned into a KTM 125RV look... I used all its body work except for the rear fender which was an aftermarket piece with incorporated light. Neat. I was 16 and already customizing shit. lol

Because in Europe that headlight panel was on the XR bikes with a different single cluster and other minor changes etc... Nerd! Yesterday I drove by a bike parked between 2 cars and though "GS550E! Good starter bike / perfect for the city" and then thought "My girlfriend would laugh that given a 2 second glimpse of a parked bike, a model I never even owned, I could identify it." But then motorcycle geeks tend to have a knowledge of minutiae bordering (or well past) the obsessive. Here I am last week: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And since we're posting racing photos - Summit Point, WV 2002: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Hey Blue, as i have updated my post, not many pictures, they disappeared with the Divorce!, 11 months from Oxford to New Zealand. Same really about the racing, not many piccies either, but the bike was fast and the best handling thing i have ever ridden, 72 bhp was quick enough at the right track to qualify you for supersport!, but i started racing to do the TT, but that's another story, along with the 66 bikes, but only two Guzzi's so far. There are some great pictures here though, it looks as though there have been no born again bikers riding GRiSO's??
