Just read on a US based e-newsletter that Marzocchi will be closing its doors in September. Sad day

But their glory days are long gone. The stuff they were producing for modern Gizzis was, quite honestly, pretty ordinary. I wonder what they'll be replaced by?

I had an excellent Marzocchi shock on my K 100 RS when I crashed it back in January 1991. Fortunately that was the first bike I had covered by comprehensive insurance. As a bonus I was also able to salvage the shock. Shame they are gone.

I agree with Pete, they were the shizznit back in the days. Too bad that they were not able to stay with the best though...
