PostSubject: Michelin PR3/PR4's?   Wed Jun 17, 2015 5:10 am

Decided to go for either of these for my 2011 Tenni.

Any be able to give me the difference between the two riding/milage/wear wear wise.

Had PR2,s on another bike which were very good a predictable in most UK weather.

Tenni is currently wearing Conti Motions which are not really that great and the rear is in need of a change now anyway [ yes sir Mr MOT tester ]

Got prices of £193.95 tyres only for PR3
£ 246.95 '' '' '' PR4

Any experiences on these please?

I really liked the PR-II's, was a bit ambivalent about the III's but only because they triangulated badly and the IV's are great, wear well and are excellent in the wet.

I've has both PR3s and PR4s on my GRiSO - Love the PR4s better, much better in the wet is the most obvious difference. I think they're supposed to last longer than the PR3s - we'll see. Hard to find any faults with the PR4s!
