2007 GRiSO-Squeaks when I pull the clutch lever

When the motor is off I hear a faint high-pitched squeak from behind the motor when I squeeze the lever and release it. One time it was almost wheezy if I could imagine a tiny one note bagpipe afterwards there was a chime or bell sound maybe like a spring bouncing for just a second. Sound crazy? I am not off meds. No problems when riding just the weird sound when parked. Oh well.

Mine makes a slight high mechanical noise too. I am not concerned as my previous 850 did the same with no issues.

Same here.

Apart from obvious mechancal noise, could it be the reservoir membrane vents are restricted ?. Air flows in-out the upper side (above the rubber membrane - clutch fluid is sealed underneath the membrane) through small vents at the joint. Not sure if there is enough air per clutch to make a squeak, but guess it could ??

OK then thank you for replies. I bought that motorcycle last month and I just want to know more about it. Glad to hear not any horrible defect is hiding back there. Seems like a case of a ten year old motorcycle with a little extra character.
