Mate of mine has an Aprilia RS250 ............... 485cc with 100rwhp 50ft/lbs @9,500rpm.
With 39mm Mikuni's it drinks from a fire hydrant.

Stock tank holds 16.5 liters just like a GRiSO, except he has got an ETI kevlar fuel cell.
Exact same physical external shape, dimensions, appearance, mountings etc.
Due to its thin walls it now holds 22.5 liters, Oh and empty it is more than 2kg lighter, although fully fueled that will be more than negated.

Just saying ............... people have wished for more tank capacity.
With a smaller battery cavity in the back of the tank (lithium battery) capacity could be increased again.

Nah, just dreaming of my next Guzzi and what I would need to do to it, make it Ghezzi acceptable.

Now Ron if you just keep developing your GRiSO's, I'll be able to buy off the shelf to build mine.

Would the Stelvio tank bolt up on GRiSO? Seems that I recall my 09 held more than the GRiSO did and the frames shared same basic design?

afro Viva la Fiesta

If you really needed it for a trip and one would bolt up ( I carried fuel in rotopax on the Stelvio) If I tried this I would have a full tank cover and bag set up so the affraid wouldn't even be seen. I am still wanting a GRiSO and sticking with one bike at a time I could potentially put up with something reasonably priced that would allow my Alaska trip to be made with adequate fuel being on board without add on containers (even though a Stelvio is made for that kind of travel, the GRiSO is constantly on my radar).

Cheers
