Fuck no! That shite is an atrocity and the makers should be tried for crimes against the huge manatee.

I'd reject both of those based solely on their labels. Stupid names and bad label art - I never would have even tried them for taste.

So that's how I pick wine, by the label. How sophisticated is my palate?

M'lady is on a misguided quest to find "healthier" wine. I don't even know what "biodynamic" means! Apparently organic is no longer special enough. She's on wine buying probation for that one. I believe organic grapes have to be so sour and acidic that bugs aren't interested in them, thus, organic wine is always swill.

Now this is a nice label. This belongs to my friend Vince Tofanelli in Calistoga in the Napa Valley of California. His family has been growing grapes there for three generations and the label features his grandmother on her 1917 Harley. How bad could it be?

That "Wine Men of Gotham" shite was at the register for $5 a bottle when I was buying my Duck Duck Goose. I grabbed it on impulse as I walked by, which is what I think was supposed to happen. They had several cases of the stuff piled up. The young lady behind me said "that's a mistake". I wish I'd listened. Laughing

Jude's work gave everyone a bottle of wine to celebrate the organization's twentieth aniversary.

It was real shite! A Rosemount Cab-Merlot it was like gargling roadbase! Penny pinching misers!

Shiraz and Viognier are a good match, indeed. A good example over this side is the ClonaKilla SV which usually sells out prior to bottling - very hard to find, but worth the effort if you can.
