Well, a ride report. Goes hard ! Seems to pull to red line much quicker than the 2 into 1 I had on there before. Logged some Data which seems to show the AFR as safe if not a bit rich in places. I'll ask the FIG

Shot some video but its noisy and a bit shaky so not worth posting, I'll work on that for next time. Here's a bit done on an iPhone, the main straight at Lakeside raceway.

Very pretty! Thinking you just started a new cottage company. Are you going to put any kind of heat shield between the double bend and engine sump? Might be the angle of the camera but it looks like some soft parts could get cooked...

It's not that close really, the air flow in and around the exhaust / sump area is enough to strip the heat away. We do 15 minute sessions ( if no one falls off, happens a bit ) and a half lap cool down before coming in, so nothing ever gets Cooking Hot

Yes , mainly from the rear shock Spring upgrade. It now is a 115 nm Spring , so 4 or 5 steps up, still as comfy as, and no more skipping under hard braking.

Pat, see if you can pick up a Stage 1 exhaust from somewhere - Sounds mighty awesome and you can run it on your current map. I am not aware of any left (thanks Pete) in Australia, but some of the better sources O/S may have something. These originally retailed for a little over $2k so be prepared to haggle.

Mr Beetle may also be interested so if you find a good deal, it might be worth a "bulk buy".

I did have my big mitts near one a while ago, but fittage relegates hard panniers to the storage shed, so let it go.
I have visions of an underslung crossover, with a zorst either side, ala old skool days...
