Thanks for the well wishes. They anticipate that we will be without power here in the Tampa Bay area by 8 PM tonight. I boarded up the house yesterday and I'm finishing up last minute preps this morning.
I had the best Hurricane Irma Strategy: I went to the Guzzi Factory Open Day in Mandello instead ! Missed the whole thing. Came back last night, and the house, garage and bikes were all fine. Piles of tree limbs everywhere, but only a few unfortunates in my area (just N of Orlando) suffered real damage.
