new to me 09

Picked up another 09 last weekend, this one with 2200 miles on her.   Boy those lo mile solid lifters sounds nice.   Yes, I do have a B kit for her.. :-)

Lots of great goodies on her.. all tricked out perfect for me .. 'cept that muff.. I do prefer stock.

But I put her away for the winter... :-)

You will need to get more bits to go with the B kit on the 09 though.
Typically, you need to get the C kit for that year...

Pascal.. B kit has some incompatibility with the early rocker covers>?> I was hoping to open her up and have a look.. perhaps I can machine something like new plug tubes to make her work with the parts I have... not sure.

No, but you'll need some extra bits to make it into a 'C' kit as the heads need to come off.

Oh yes Pete.. thanks for the reminder.. I did also get the head gaskets, and intake valve springs too along with fresh intake, exhaust gaskets and exhaust studs to change for good measure. Forgot about that stuff sitting round in the box....that stuff hardly added up to the cost of the differential to purchase the C kit.

Back to stock exhaust and showin some holiday spirit.
