In the last year or so I've begun to have a few problems with loading and unloading bikes into the van. It's just general decrepitude that comes with age unfortunately but it's probably exacerbated by my heart problems. I've therefore been thinking about various options for making my life easier (and lowering the risk of dumping my or customer's bikes.).
A link came up on Wildguzzi of all places to this......

As Michael just said when I sent him the link, it'll even make hauling a dead Cali 1400 in easy! They're a prick of a thing!

Those are cool.
When Lowside towing in Seattle was operational, he had a similar setup in a Toyota Tacoma. Makes big bikes simple

Reminds me of what Wayne was using though his was a converted one-tonne chassis. He's had it for years.
Dunno what the situation for Oz is, but according to the US distributor pricing is $2200 USD, which is very competitive vs. a trailer that isn't made of cheese. Plus you don't have to feed it registration fees every year, tires and bearings every other, and mow around it all summer.
According to said distributor, covid related supply chain issues have pushed shipments back into early next year.
