I dont mind the back end, the fork shrouds and wacky tank are bad...maybe the tank could work if it flowed into a faring, hmmmm si-fi Le-mans...bit its not a GRiSO...

Regardless of its looks the simple fact is that the hideous 'Covers' on the forks are just that, covers!

Telescopic forks have their issues and there is a lot to be said for looking at other designs, both HCS and 'Rigid' Girder designs like the Hossack are technically superior and I'd love to see a revival of the HCS designs pioneered by Bimota and Yamaha.

With a lot of the systems that have 'Bladey' covers on them like this's it is because they are covering up the quite involved and clumsy looking mechanicals of a Girder/Hossack type fork. In this horror they are simply covering up a svelte 'Conventional' telescopic fork! What's the point unless you really 'Want' to be ugly?

One assumes its supposed to look 'Modern' and Avant Garde? Well it doesn't. It just looks like shit!

Up the owner's arse!

Actually there appears to be a tailpipe in the rear of the seat. Presumably to cauterise the rider's piles.

hmmmmmm bikesales has a used one with 2000 k's for $38000AUD... 2 sets of wheels as well so slicks on the spare, however imagine the pain if you binned it at a track day....

hmmm its only 15k more than a new GRiSO if paying full RRP( I didnt Wink )... wonder if the wife would see it the same way...would be grounds for divorce if she didn't...

Thing is if Yamaha had launched their 'Omega Frame' HCS concept on a Sportsbike rather than the GTS chances are we'd all be riding bikes with HCS by now! Unfortunately they put it on a stodgy 'Tourer' and made waver thing look ten times heavier than it actually needed to be.

A crying shame.

Apologies if your eyes have been scarred by this before....

Sad attempt at the future, however, imagine it as an electric without the Guzzi mill. Wouldn't be AS horrible. Perhaps as a novel Movie prop!

For some insanely sad reason I wistfully harken for a return to days gone by when Suzuki made the Frist Katana that looked as cute and cuddly as the HR Geiger Alien.
At least that was a cool kind of ugly with some rock and roll attitude.
Not this pasty white Decipticon wannabe.
