I have Becker Technik stand, bought direct from the man who made it.

Well made, heavy and compact.

However, GRiSO OEM service stand pivots on a set of bobbins install on the "pork chop" which I think a better design than the Becker Technik pinching method.

Our Ghettos Euro member Ad B did a very ingenious modification to the Becker stand, he probably will chime in later on the details.

Here's a sneak peak of his exellent work Thumbs Up

Another vote for the Becker Technik. The official stand probably works better, but not worth the extra money over the Becker in my view.

Thank you, Phang, you give me to much credits, it's not that ingenious...
But I'll write a bit more. I have plenty of time... during my recovery of 2 broken ribs... But it's quite ok now...

Ik made my modifications because I thought hanging my gorgeous G12 on the end of two bolts wasn't safe enough.
So I made bigger bobbins and bushings, so I felt safe. It works very, very good. It's a very easy to handle stand.

I use this wrench to lift and secure my G12:

And because I'm so proud that I have this bike, this marvelous piece of machinery (I love my G12...),
The latest pictures of how my bike is now... with some carbonlook parts... (also the extrafenda)

Ad B, I like your idea in the third photo using the same 1/2" breaker bar to "lock" the stand preventing it from flipping up accidentally (though unlikely). Clever Idea

Those are both gorgeous Grisos! I just ordered a service stand from AF1 today, thinking it would be helpful for routine maintenance

I am in the process of designing my own stand.
Could someone with a paddock stand please give me the height of the (through hole) zephyr hole from the ground when the bike is in the stand.... metric or imperial I don't mind
