Engine oil breather tube leak?

Ok, Right cylinder, engine oil breather tube(not sure if that is the official word for it, it is the only one I found ) is quite greasy and messy. However the left cylinder is clean. Should I be worried about this? or should I clean it up and keep going?

I had the same issue. I let the left one as is and put an extension on the right one to drain away from the bike...

Yes, those are the breathers coming off the plates at the back of the heads. They go onto spigots on the covers that go over the cam sprockets which have a flinger ring to dissuade particulate oil from being pumped out of the breather.

The hoses go onto the spigots which are pressed into the alloy plates of the covers and I have seen them loosen and leak but nine times out of ten if you have misting around that area the cause will simply be that either the oeliker clip that retains the hose is loose allowing the oil vapour to escape or the hose itself is perished.

Have a good look at the hose, (You'll need to take the 'Wing' off.) if it has perished and cracked it will need replacing. The hoses are 'pre-formed' so hard to replace with aftermarket stuff but they aren't expensive. If they look OK then just piss off the oeliker clip and replace it with a conventional hole clamp.

If the spigot appears loose remove the breather plate and secure the pipe/spigot with epoxy from the inside after cleaning it thoroughly of oil. After this you can drip a bit of 'Wick In' around the pipe from the outside before re-installing the plate and reconnecting the hose.

So take it off next chance I get, replace the tube and make sure it is sealed correctly, other than this is there much to worry about?
