Hi, I'm new to my GRiSO and no suspension expert but tempted to ting that pulling back the preload on the rear shock spring should " soften" the suspension a tad as it's feeling a bit stiff for my 68 kg weight.

The Guzzi manual says that a suitable tool is available from GUZZI DEALER but mine just shrugs and points me towards an array of c spanners.

Does anyone know what tool I SHOULD be looking for and if a c spanner which size?

Alternately any other thoughts on how I should approach the issue gratefully received .

Using a screwdriver and a small hammer will also do the job....

Just put the blue and white striped apron on first.

At 68kg you might need more than a 'tad'. I'm at 77kg and took it waaaay lower preload (and less of everything else dialed in). Should also think about front end as well...... 68/75mm c spanner and lots of cursing and jiggling plus will likely need the hammer and rod to get started. An easier alternative would be to carry an additional 30 kg of bricks in a rucksack on your back - Good luck.
