Throttle body sync after charcoal canister delete

I've read a bunch of posts about deleting the charcoal canister (seems easy enough) but is it really necessary to re-sync the throttle bodies after? From what I've read so far when you do the sync you are to remove the vacuum hoses to the canister to hook up the monometer or am I incortect? If that is the case can you just link the tbs together with a single hose and be done with it?

I'm not sure if it is necessary. I removed my charcoal canister around the 500 mile mark and haven't experienced any idle or surging or running issues. My bike is a stock 2013 8v se with beetle map.

If anything removing it ..looks a lot cleaner ... removing it on my 1100 did stop the pop when I opened the gas cap

How do you take the canister off?
