Hi all,
Just a quick intro. Recently bought a new GRiSO. (2017 1200 8V SE) Been eyeing them off for a while and finally took the plunge a week ago. Love it. New, modern and very much a Guzzi.

Ive owned a Le mans 1000 for nearly twenty years and recently (OK..a yr ago) taken it out of service. Will become a project bike some time soon.
I own two old airheads, a 900/6 and 100CS. Both good machines.

BMW's..they're just Moto Guzzi's with floppy tits..

Oh and my partner rides a V7 ii special. She's converted and loves her Guz.

Great site and forum. Have already found lots of helpful info. Will be updating to Beetles maps on the GRiSO and V7 in the near future as like so many others I find the factory mapping to be problematic.

What a beautiful GRiSO, and a soon to be rare species. Mine's a 2008 8v, it scores 12 on the 0 - 10 scale, and lives only 300km south of you.

To those nearby..hopefully we can catch up..next ruptured budgie or ragged fringe or such.
Been trying to get to either of them for the last couple of years but work keeps butting in..and I'm off to work again on Monday(tmoz) for a month...sigh...

welcome from Austria too.

I bought the same GRiSO as yours, also in red trophy, last October, just before Euro 4 was killed the bike in Europe.
I am extremely satisfied and happy with my GRiSO.

The only issue within this year up to now: condense water within the dashboard, which could not get out (which has been a quite common issue).
Each time, the bike was parked in the sun, droplets (obviously water from Lago di Como) formed their traces on the glas. Back into the shadow, the droplets disappeared, but left lines on the glas.

The dashbord was changed on guaranty without costs and replaced by a new one, which is OK! (There is now a small drilling, enabling air/humidity ventilation much better).
