| I owned an 1100 before I got my 1200, never had an 850 but I get to ride lots of them in all guises so I just consider myself lucky.

| I'd still need to ride more.. i just .. well i ride about 15000km/ year.. have had that 1200 three years and about 20000km.. think that one has never been as good as it should and i had an accident with it last summer and it took a while to get brake pedal sideplate welded... so i rode 1400vs intruder last summer.. .. then we thought that would be quite fun to have two grisos when i saw one on sale.. 850 that was.. so changed 1400 vs to it and we rode few hundred km with my girlfriend at spring before 1200 lost its tappets.. so bad luck continues with that one.. i like that 850 too.. shame theres lowered pegs so my size 47 boots touch pavement too quickly.. then i thought i dont wanna ride whole summer with girlfriends bike and leave her standing or driving volvo to be straight and looked million ads of bikes.. i got a deal of loan bike that i wasnt so happy about (1800 harley road king) thought about some hornets and bmw's tried one 1100 GRiSO and bought another.. now i have ridden it for about 3000km .. like it much .. silencer is changed and not so silent.. but i like it.. it has some improvements in mapping.. don't think its anything made by beetle but runs good and soft... so i quess my reviews would be more like i just like to be bit of mad and have three kind of same motorcycles.. i could have custom, street and offroad bikes instead.. but i like GRiSO.. i have jeep if need to go offroad... and one 800 intruder thats not just rideable but will be when ill get some time with it.... | |
