Well, we finally got Mike Cameron's GRiSO rollerised.
It had been sold to him as a 2012 and I asked the questions and he answered them but his lack of knowledge let us down.
An 'A' kit was ordered and despatched to NZ and Michael had a flight booked to Nelson. Three days before his departure the kit still hadn't arrived! On the day before he left Oz it finally plonked on the doorstep! Phew!
But when Michael arrived he found the bike wasn't a 2012, it was a 2009! And it needed the full 'C' kit!
Panic stations! Luckily we had a 'C' kit in stock and I had sufficient frequent flier points that I could get a virtually free flight over to Christchurch! Rapid booking and onto the plane before meeting Michael in Greymouth on the West Coast and a day playing Grand Prix drivers in Toyota Corrollas up to Nelson before he completed the rollerisation.
Anyway, Michael flew home today, I'm on my way tomorrow, early.
I think Mr Cameron is happy and Michael is already plotting some scheme to get him back over there with his own GRiSO! The South Island has been spectacular. Barely a drop of rain in the whole four days! Winner!
