Engine oil quantity

Just changed engine oil and filter of my G11, and as usual, it took less that 3 liters (actualy took a bit less than 3 US quarts) for the level to a bit under the midle of the marks on the stick...
I think, some oil is not drained, remains in the oil cooler or other places, no mutter what I do, leaned the bike to front-back-both sides, same thing...

I can't remember not even one time that the engine took the 3,6 Litre that is supposed to.
All those years had no problem, minimal difference in oil level from change to change, never had to add oil, no oil in the airbox,
just thought to ask,
how much oil you guys use?

I put 3 litres in, then stop. I've never measured what's been drained, but the dipstick always shows the same.

3.3 litres is my amount

I fill the filter, screw it on, put in 2 1/2 L or qts and top up to 1/2 way between full & 1/2 way after running engine. Haven't measured one yet.
