| Back in 198?, after I'd inveigled Jude into my filthy basement in the squat we lived in in Camden, (London.) I decided to woo her further by taking her to Paris in the spring on the back of my horrid little Triumph hot-rod. The stupid girl endured a lot on that trip, (It was Triumph 500 built the same year I was born that I'd modified to the point that it made probably close to twice the power it was designed for! No wonder it broke, a lot!).
One of the high points was on the way back we visited Versailles where she stabbed me in the hand with the Swiss Army knife she'd been given by her mates back in Oz 'To protect herself from men!'. I had to ride back to London and every time I had to pull the clutch the wound opened and I lost another pint of blood! No sympathy from her! What a cow! And here we are, thirty six years on!
They give you less for murder....... | |
