Hi Gents and Ladies.
Have been a member for awhile now.
Purchased my GRiSO about 18 months ago.1200 red se.
Always wanted one. Sadly i have not had the time to get to know her properly. So it is currently locked away. i hope to cover some miles on her this summer.
I live near Bristol in the UK, the nearest Guzzi dealer is Fowlers . I do not usually go to main dealers. Can anybody cast any veiws on them?
I would really like to take it to a independent expert. Can any of you point me in the right direction. the bike has only2000 on the clock.
Also should i get it remapped?

Fowlers seem ok good availability but full price
I have never enjoyed their spares counter face to face though Sad

CMW in chichester are good and Gutsibits are cheap if they have what you want.

Hi all my bike is a 2016 SE1200 trophy red.
Jon i live in Bitton half way between Bristol and Bath.
I want to be able to take my bike somewhere for a reliable service.

I can recommend JHS in at Keynsham - they are skilled people
service and tune the most amazing variety of bikes and are as friendly as heck [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I have heard a lot of bad about fowlers but when i rode Triumphs i found them ok - but I would rather go to JHS

I took my Monster to JHS for a front fork revalve (ohlins)

Having seen the range of bikes they work on: SV650 racers, classic restorations, club racers etc
I would trust them with anything

but
with the guzzi i am planning to do my own

I just need to synch the throttles (as soon as the garage is warmer) and then i have done a 6,000 ml service plus suspenson bearings. The high cam engines are not hard to work on just whimsical which contrasts wierdly with the 'cant stop this train' feel when on the road
