I recommend removing the starter cover before trying to get at the left one. And trying to get the allen key in - you will move the linkage and (unless you are a better man than i ) You may swear!

Different TB's on the 1100's. Both air bleeds are easy enough. On the 50mm ones on the 1200's the bleeds are inboard and require a 5mm hex key.
