Hi, soon to be 2016 8v owner on Monday. bounce

Past biker, returning after 25 yr hiatus. Always wanted a Guzzi

Now a couple of questions:

When I go into manuals section I get a window from google docs? WTF

What do I do, careful cos I’m over 60

Which manual do I use for a 2016 8v SE ?

I’ve spoken to Pete a couple of times and picked up some good info (thanks Pete)

What things do I need to service/look out for ?

There's only one 8V service manual. I don't think there has been any updates. The main differences between the early 8V's 2008-2013 and the 2014 and later models is the sump. From 2014 the sump was one piece (no spacer).

Also remember the manual is riven with inaccuracies. Guzzi have a long history of just updating manuals and not deleting irrelevant shit. A typical example is the manual tells you the 8V has a thermostat in the cooling circuit. It doesn't.
