ZCV vs BREMBO wheels - what is the difference? (except of 250€) ...

Ciao fellow Grisosti,
a California-rider ran into the rear of my GRiSO and damaged my brandnew Agostini HF and my rear wheel...
I found two different versions of the rear wheel, but which supposed to look the same: BREMBO and ZCV
The ZCV are about 250€ more expensive - my original wheels were BREMBO - also my front wheel...
Can anybody here explain me the difference between ZCV and BREMBO wheels? (even my RADICAL-garage could't explain that to me)
- and, if it is advisable to have the ZCV as rear wheel, while the front wheel reamins BREMBO?
