I can't remember of the top of my head & prob won't get a chance to check before the weekend. I don't believe I have adjusted it from standard.

It seems a lot like the problem is it also runs to lean when it's cold & lean hesitation is the issue when pulling away & until engine warms up. It's a problem I frequently come accross tuning 2 & 4 stroke carbd outboards over the years. Shame richening the air/idle circuit isn't so straight forward.

The idle is quite strong tho & I'm not entirely sure on how the stepper interacts with the cold start richening of the mixture.
