Any tip or tool on how to remove the core from this muffler ?[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Isn't there a button head allen bolt in the clip? Remove that and it should pull out.

Personally I'd leave it in. It's only a dB killer and the bike will run better with it in there. If you want a bit more sound try removing the intake snorkel from the airbox.
