What a great site this is! So this being my first Guzzi I have been reading up on all the archived threads - some great info here.
The bikes an 06 with around 45,000 km on it - rides great and seems to have been well looked after. It has a Zard muffler, small screen and some bar end mirrors.
I have a huge list of to do items for it - first being a second key (have the user code) and then probably a beetle map (I see one 850 map?).
I'm really enjoying the bike - pretty different to the Yamaha mt09 I previously had but so much more interesting.
Doesn't seem to be much info on the 850's around - anyone else have one here?

Is that Warren Coates old bike? From Murrumbateman? If so give me a yell, I know a fair bit about its history. I did work on it. It may of already been mapped. Can't remember....

It's a great little bike. I saved that one from the insurance company that wanted to write it off believe it or not! Warren had a minor spill but the lock stop got knocked off the bottom yoke and the top yoke hit the frame. If you look at the left hand frame rail there is a barely visible crease, it's certainly not structural and Warren wanted to keep the bike so I went in to bat against the assessor who was all for writing it off! I won that one.
It's a great bike. Enjoy it.

Hey Nero, looking at your licence plate it appears that your a local 'Ken Behren'. Are you north or south of the Burley-Griffin? PM me if you want to catch up for a ride, a beer & a chat, a run through Guzzidiag, etc
Oh, and nice bike

Sweet GRiSO, I like the look of no cooler. That bike is very capable to say the least, as you say "interesting". At least it's been looked after by a Pro Guzzi tech.

Welcome and hi from Finland. I have a 850 too, here's a pic after the last ride of the season. Still a lot of snow on the ground so it'll be maybe 8-10 weeks still until the next ride.

Cool. I'm in Belco, but have a friend from the deep south with a Bellagio that I catch up with regularly. And my visa to travel there is up to date
