How to find out ECU tuned or not?

Hi experts,

Previous owner did aftermarket exhaust and it came with the bike. ( 2012 GRiSO 1200SE )
I want to know if the ECU was remapped or not.
( although I am fairly sure it was remapped, but want to confirm )
How do I find out?
