How to find out ECU tuned or not?

Hi experts,

Previous owner did aftermarket exhaust and it came with the bike. ( 2012 GRiSO 1200SE )
I want to know if the ECU was remapped or not.
( although I am fairly sure it was remapped, but want to confirm )
How do I find out?

Some like myself would like to have a more complete explanation due to our inexperience and fear of messing it all up trying it on our own.

To be fair the instructions by beetle are pretty complete and cover all different models, different computers etc etc.. maybe get someone to do it in person with you?
