| Problem Solved! Drilled a 9/64 (3.5mm) hole in the airbox (like Rick suggested). I didn't want to have to pull the airbox out so I bought a flexible drill extension and put the bit in and made the hole so the spigot would now get some air straight in line with the stepper hose. I figured it would be best to not start with a bigger bit and I could do that later if it seemed to help but wasn't needed. It's not at 1250 rpm but it's probably at 1150 and sounds great. It used to start up under 1,000 and now goes to about 1150 and stays there. Took it for a test ride and everything was super. Don't know why this was needed and I've never read about anything like this in my 9 years on this forum. Thanks again for the help Mark and Rick.
