Do it while you can Pete, do it often even!! On every bike you can. Sooner than you think radiation will consume the WW3 area. Hope I'm gone

The only time it's worth riding The Clyde to the coast is mid week. Hope the fish & chips was good!

Yeah, the best days are Tuesday and Thursday. I also didn’t see a single copper on the whole trip, (Which was probably just as well on some stretches.). A couple of days ago what looked like the whole of Southern Command and the ACT highway patrol were having some sort of preparatory conflab at the rest area at the bottom of Brooks’ Hill just this side of the ACT/NSW border so I have a feeling they are working up to a serious blitzing campaign over the Christmas period. They always do I know but this looked next level!
Not that I mind really as the coast traffic from Canberra over the whole holiday period is always fucking insane! Angry arseholes and road ragers aplenty and as soon as they crest the rise just after the railway line in Bungendore they all like to floor it it’s like the start of a bloody NASCAR race! The number of times we’ve nearly been rear ended turning right into our street beggars belief. And then after the New Year they all come streaming back the other way! My record for waiting to try and get onto the highway from Osborne Street was two years ago when it too TWENTY FUCKING MINUTES for someone to let us in! Fuck them! May the vermin of ten thousand tents infest their codpieces!
