| Hi All,
I made the tragic mistake of riding a GRiSO a couple of weeks ago. When I returned from that 15 minute ride, I simply told my wife "I must have one, or I will die". She understands me...
From there, I started the search. Luckily, I found one online in MA and sealed a deal...a 2013 with 2900 miles. It's supposed to be delivered to me here in PA in the next 5-10 days. I can't wait.
I'm enjoying the "Ghetto" and looking forward to getting to know the crew here. Is anyone else near Central PA?
Brett

Welcome, Brett. We understand the lust. In Guzzidom, however, questions such as your last, "Is anyone else near Central PA?," are so relative. "Near?" Well, it depends. Lancaster is a <4-hour back-road ride from here -- Cross Junction, at the top of Virginia; I view that as near. OTOH, yes, pretty sure there are GRiSO-riding Guzzisti nearer than I and Travis, another GRiSO guy here in the Winchester area. There is a new pin map here -- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -- that not everyone has added to yet, but is a start. Unfortunately, I tried to open it just now, but failed. You might have better luck. If you get the urge to ride that new beast before spring, feel free to stop in. You can tell your wife you got lost. Works me for me ... sometime, but she's been around the Guzzi disease awhile. Bill

Unfortunately, I tried to open it just now, but failed. You might have better luck. Mmmm... just checked the map and it seemed to work fine for me. Let me know if you keep having problems and I will see if I can fix it.

Thanks. All good now. "Head space & timing problem" on my end. Bill

| Howdy! I'm a newbie here as well. I was out sort of your way last night, in Longwood Gardens (Christmas light show that was nice- cool thing to do with the family). My wife, daughter and I currently reside in Chalfont, PA, right on the Bucks/Montgomery county line. Don't know if it's my place yet to do the welcoming, but welcome anyway! I have one of the red 2015's (since October), so I'll get a picture up here shortly. Meanwhile, congrats on the GRiSO. Mine is my third Guzzi, and even after just a bit of time on her, already my favorite. In fact, my favorite bike (of all that I've owned) so far. Hard to imagine doing better, at least to my taste. | |

Yea, you were not far away at all and thanks for the warm welcome. I predict that this will be my favorite bike that I've owned so far. Love the 2015 red color - grats on that!

Will be at Longwood Gardens this Friday. In a cage. With Kathi and one set of grandbabies. One "set" (3 in this case) at a time is pretty much my limit ; Kathi has no limit (with 10 here and more quite possibly inbound or at least planned. Lordy, cannot wait for spring; at least I have the Moto Grappa to wrench putz in until the roads are clear and the air warm(er). Bill

| Hey Brett,
Originally from upstate NY but have spent a fair bit of time with relatives not too far from central Pa..Worked for an aerial surveying company based out of NE Philly back in the 90's and would often fly over amish country etc.. and drop into Lancaster airport for lunch. Remember thinking how well taken care of and beautiful the farms and surrounding area was. I hope things have not changed too much and that you enjoy riding your GRiSO!
Welcome!

| Welcome! I know some riders from that part of the Country - great folks, all. Maybe we should have a Spring Meet/Ride in WV/VA, once the temps return. | |

| You got a great deal on that Black Devil. I am in Monroe, NY so not exactly around the corner but come springtime you might make it up this way. The Ghetto is ever ready to assist with tech stuff like valve checks and TB balance. DW | |
