Quick shifter

On the Tuono I had a quick shifter. Was lots of fun!
Cluchless shifting on the GRiSO works fine but it doesn't give that smoothness as with a quick shifter. Anyone who has tried to build a quick shifter on the GRiSO 8V?

There are numerous reasons why a quick shifter wouldn't make the Guzzi system better. Also the Tuono uses the 7SM controller with sufficient pin out and redundancy to allow a decent QS system. I truly doubt the W5AM has that level of sophistication.

Ok. That's clear. I'll stick to the clutchless shifting if needed

Aftermarket quick shifters have black boxes that sit between the ECU and whatever they use to kill the revs, so just another widget to go wrong. Yes, you could fit one to a GRiSO, but why?

WTF for?

Tuono = boy racer go fast with front wheel in air
GRiSO = not

Tuono = accelerate like hurricane
GRiSO = accelerate like fart

It's also a matter of flywheel mass and how quickly the crank can accelerate and decelerate.
