Mistery connector

Anybody know what's the white connector for? It has a Yellow/Green and blue wire into it. searched the diagram but couldn't identify it.
It's the one close to the diagnostic one in the pic.?

I think PADS came with a connector but since there have never been any dashboard upgrades it's basically an irrelevance.
