spoked rims on a '08 GRiSO

Good night,

I would like to change the GRiSO rims to GRiSO '16 spoked rims.

I would have loved to buy some accessories but 3000+ euros is really too much....

So I found a front wheel from a '16 GRiSO, spoked rim, so I am sure it fits.

But I do not find the rear one, I found a stelvio spoked rim, could it be the same ? I am sure that the front wheel is not the same for sure, but the rear one seems to be very similar.

Do you have any idea on it ?

It is the same size for a non-NTX Stelvio.

But the part numbers are different, #884164 for the GRiSO, #883433 for the Stelvio. Both are tubeless.

If you are just changing the rim it should be OK, but don't blame me if I'm wrong!

The rear rim off an early 'Small tank' Stelvio, (2009-2011) will fit and the rim width is the same. Later 'Big Tank' models have a narrower rear rim. Other than that the difference will be the colour of the rims.

Be aware that as well as the front wheel you will need the front wheel spindle and spacer as the hub dimensions of the wire and cast wheels are different.

Thought like the forks are the same, the wheel spindle is the same ! Embarassed

I have a pair of spoke wheels if you want? Your cost to ship, which wouldn't be cheap, would be high but they're yours for $1,000 AU which might be competitive, dunno?

Only Carc for the rear I believe so would be ok.

The main problem is the different forks, must measure your hub :-)

Spindle size is the same I believe, not sure about disc offset and it would probably need a different spacer at the front. Rear is a bolt-on.

@Pete : I bought the one I linked before. The wheel is from a 2010 Stelvio NTX, and the part number written on the hub is the same as a 1200 SE. (978014)
