Well, this still needs to be refined, depending on the dimensions of the leather strap. Have to visit a saddler soon. The longitudinal seam I would like as a thicker thread in the same color as the tank. Will see ...

Mr. Onur Kuraner made me a thing similar like this, that will also fit with the tank ring installed. Herw it is:

Yes, this is exactly the plate which inspired me in the appropriate thread of the market place where it seemed nobody to take care of my inquiry. And so I quickly got to work myself.

Looks like AutoCAD? Have you tried DraftSight? price is much better - unless you have already invested in the aforementioned piece of software...

Just saying

Yes, It's Autocad, the drawing is from my brother who has learned this and therefore is much quicker than me. My job normally is to visualize his drawings by bringing them to 3D and video.

Small update:

Will visit the saddler at beginning of next week for discussing the design of the leather strap. I would like a longitudinal seam on both sides with a somewhat stronger thread in the same color as the tank. Since my GRiSO is silver/black the leather strap will probably be black with gray or silver seams.
