The Rollerisation Process

I ended up buying the C kit by myself and going to install it with a friend of mine who is a mechanic. In 2-3 weeks i am expecting the delivery so i want to be prepared..

First question i have is, do i first rollerise the bike, and after i change the oil and filters?

Is someone willing and is able to discribe me the rollerisation process, not detailed step by step, but the stages in general?

Are there any hints? Where do i use lube, where do i use silicone etc.

No sealants, silicone or otherwise, should be needed. Try here as a starter.

PS. I usually rollerise, then drop the sump for a clean out and swap the filter. Makes sense as if you drop anything up at the top end it ends up in the sump and you find it later!

Do i have to remove the tank, or just the plastics above the heads?

Tank has to come off to access the tensioner reservoir cover on the right hand pot, no way round it. If you're doing a 'C' or 'D' kit where the heads have to come off you also need to remove the oil feed lines so there are two banjo bolts lurking there too.
