Track GRiSO has had the necessary repairs. The Owner has mostly mended, and did a halfday at Lakeside Raceway Brisbane. A couple of pics

I like the new paint job. Doesn't have quite the zing of the last one though. Maybe I'm just partial to Kawasaki green.

The weekend of fun is over. The GRiSO performed flawlessly mechanically, but I did have a shutdown, total power loss, middle of the circuit. Battery went flat. Thought I could get 2 x 20 minute sessions out of one charged battery, no ...... no I can’t Evil or Very Mad

The new tyres, Dunlop Q4’s are nothing short of amazing. They gave me a huge boost in confidence which I needed.
The paint job came from the repairs needed for the fairing. While mixing paint for that it’s not hard to mix a little extra.
Help ! I need a small alternator or generator. I’m sick of swapping out batteries after each session. Maybe a push bike lighting dynamo rubbing on the back wheel will do Rolling Eyes

Google '12V permanent magnet alternator'

They can be very small and can supply 15-20A. Not sure if they make them to take 9000 RPM.
