Somehow, I have managed to lose the screw holding the under seat tool box door. Does anyone have a part number?

It doesn't appear to be listed as a separate part.

Take you seat to a bolt/screw shop and find one that will fit. It ain't that critical.

Mine went for a ride as well. I just ended up getting an M6 bolt and welding a knurled nut on it. I looked around for thumbscrews for a while and I could only find them on amazon.

If you can find the original somehow I want to know where

I measured mine, and found these measurements, using McMaster's drawings as my guide:

length 10mm (not counting the collar; 15mm with the collar)

collar height 5mm

head height 8mm

head diameter 21mm

There is about 25mm of depth available for the threaded part, so you can go longer than 11mm, which I would recommend. You also have plenty of room for a larger head diameter.

There is also a thin plastic washer pressed or threaded on the screw on the other side of the cover that serves a keeper, so you don't lose the screw. It would be a good idea to make something like that so you don't lose the new one.

The M6 x 15mm screws that Eeyore located on Amazon.co.uk are also available on the US Amazon, and would be just right:

Mine went AWOL too. Luckily I have a Makita miter saw with a couple spare adjuster knobs that screw right in. Added bonus the knob is a little taller than OEM so I can tighten it down better.

Have you looked on top of the air filter.
I found my toolbox bolt rolling around on top of the filter when it had rattled out.
