Can the two (22mm wrench size) bolts that are shiny in the picture be removed to install new crush washers without something inside of engine falling off or blowing up. The one on the right (closer to center line of bike) appears to leaking oil. I've looked in the GRiSO's garage maintenance manual, did a search on this site to try and answer my question and can't find any info.
Thanks in advance, Paul

On other variants, like not the GRiSO, these feed the oil cooler slung above the timing case cover (Norge, Sport et al). Indeed they can be undone and resealed with new washers without any drama - Oh not while running.

Yeah, they're just blanking plugs. A hangover from the 2V motor that had a thermostat. On the 8V the galleries have no function. Nothing will drop off inside if you remove them.
