My stock can was rattling internally and driving me nucking futs so I picked up the one from Bill Hagen's former GRiSO up in NE. Florida. I made it a productive day by taking the wife for lunch and then visiting a old friend in Jacksonville, and then to another friend who is at the French open and has been traveling a bunch (he's a Tennis agent ) to start and ride his 07 Bonneville till he gets back. I put the can on before sunset and it sounds better.[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I actually like the looks of the dual outlet and it sounds little bit better to my tinnitus inflicted ears

One of the pretties exhausts ever made IMO but slightly on the large size.
The RSV Mille 2nd place.

Both would be great as an after market concept.

I like the stock dual outlet can myself as well. However, I would like it bit lighter and smaller, me thinks it would be perfect for me then. Ended up damaging it because of a fall over while servicing.I then tried an Agostini that was lighter and more pleasing to the eye in my opinion. It was just loud even with db killer for me. I also realized, even with a suited map it didn't respond as it should have. The factory can has the sound and performance balanced as it was engineered to do. After that lesson I ended up getting another new factory submarine and sold the Agostini to someone who likes a louder exhaust note from their 1200.

I like the deeper tone and not worried about a few extra pounds I'll just have one less sweet tea and burgers lol

That's the reality for me as well. Damn tastey burgers are a vice. The weight of the can may also likely be engineered to balance out the hardy CARC and one sided swing arm on the other side of our unique machines. I've never riden a finer balanced stock factory bike.

Funny tag, it reminds me of a near miss in a parking lot a few years ago when a woman cut me off with out an indicator. She refused to acknowledge her mistake and ignored me so I too had to go into the supermarket and upon entering I shouted out her offense followed by "BLM !! Biker lives Matter!!!" She ran out of the store in shame as the crowd cheered.

One of the first thnigs I did to the GRiSO was to paint the muffler with satin black high heat paint.
I really like the sound of the exhaust but it was too"in your face" for me. The black toned it down, later I had the headers coated in black to match.
