Hello everyone, let me introduce myself I'm Michele from Turin, Italy. For just over a year I have owned a white Norge 8V which I am very satisfied with even though it created me and creates some problems which I hope to solve thanks to this community. I am passionate about electronics and have created various gadgets for our loved ones. I dabble in mechanics even though my knowledge is limited. But from personal experiences I have discovered that as the saying goes, if you want a job done well, do it yourself.

Welcome. We like Norges here too. A lot of 8V knowledge is available, as well as people willing to help.

Hi legendary Pete, I signed up here after reading about you and your skills. Compliments. My Norge was built in 2011 but registered in 2015. ZGULPS014BM111723. Bought by an old gentleman who could no longer drive it already knowing that it had to be rolled so after a few months following the information found on Guzzitech I mounted Kit A found for €800. I had a problem with the right cylinder camshaft cover blocking the axle, so I filed it down a tenth of a mm to unblock it and it's been running fine ever since. I added my own Arduino-based device and a display to perform various functions and I will talk about it in a dedicated post.
PS. The picture is from Col de Iseran in France close Italy border. 2770m.

"Legendary Pete."
Oh, dear. He will grow fond of that.

P.S. I miss my GRiSO and Norge. Sigh. But just back from a 3K-mile romp on my V85 in search of mutton and fried cheese curds. That news will make members here tremble, as they know that (too many) pix follow soon.

Bill, I haven't had any mutton lately, but had fried cheese curds last evening in Platteville, Wisconsin. Even though they were from a chain restaurant, they were still pretty good.
