LBC Tenni...... Yeah, uh...NO... I went into GP 3 different times for 3 different reasons. Dealt with sales, parts and service across the 3 visits. Got the exact same feeling each time from all 3. Bad, arrogant, rude, misplaced snobby and so on..... Never spent a dime there and now go the 30 minutes north to Escondido instead. They have two MG trained mechs, but, they don't see many guzzi's so........ I really dislike Piaggio's warranty policy, but love my BLKDVL, so, what are you gonna do??
