Sorry for the simple question but a search came up negative and there isn't a mention of flange direction in my workman or parts diag.
When I removed my rear wheel the dust cap fell off while I was moving to the bench so I didn't observe the direction. One would think it would face the swingarm but the way it fell makes me thing it was mounted facing the wheel
Can someone who has pulled their rear wheel confirm the direction?

It sits with the flange facing the bevelbox.

Thanks, that is what I figured but wanted to confirm. Probably just bounced funny.
