Fitting Barend Mirrors - Help needed

Hi everyone,

I have purchased a pair of Halcyon 820 barend mirrors (below) and have a question about fitting?

Before I go and break something (typical) do the barend blocks (below) screw out as well? or do I need to modify the mirrors or cut off the ends.

They screw out.

I used them when I installed bar-ends. I screwed the bar-ends directly to them.
