Hi fellas, thanks for all the info regarding my last problem. I now own a 2008 2 valve GRiSO and the balance of the universe has been restored. However, the same (if not worse) problem of the speedo getting full of condensation has recurred to the point where I couldn't read half of it.
Would it be a good idea to drill a pin prick hole in the speedo casing somewhere or not? If so whereabouts? If not how do I get rid of said condensation?
Best regards and thanks
Billy.

I've always been a bit ambivalent about this solution but someone else, (Paul Brice?) in another thread recently did it and has had good results.

One thing is I believe the air pressure sensor is inside the dash somewhere so sealing it completely probably isn't a good idea but I don't know if the sensor has a dedicated vent to the outside world or not.

I bought my 2012 new, and the condensation drove me nuts; I couldn't read any of the display on the bottom line, so had it replaced under warranty. I was dissapointed that apparently there was no way to carry the mileage over, so now I have lost 600 miles of history without referring to my records. The replacement was much better.

700 miles down the road I'm starting to see some moisture in there again.
