How long should it take to install an "A" roller kit on a GRiSO?

When we do one we drop the sump for a clean out as the suggested idea of 'Flushing' with a couple of litres of oil is a joke. On a GRiSO that needs an 'A' kit? Five hours max. We could probably have it done and dusted in less, considerably less.......
