Odd to see someone there flying a Confederate flag in the background...I wonder why that is or if they know what that symbolizes...

Have you raced against Ercole Maffezzini from Senago?

The flag is not mine... a friend...
We know it especially for the amazing "Dukes of Hazzard" !! Very Happy

And yes, I raced with Ercole, even if I don't know him personally.
I was lucky to know the Guareschi brothers (Gianfranco and Vittoriano): they took care of my GRiSO in the last year and they are really special guys !

I think 3 important upgrades are the front fender eliminator, the "CARC" protector and an upgraded rear shock. I have a Stelvio shock installed. Its a straight switch and gives a better ride and raises the rear about 1.5/2 CM and makes the front end soooo much more responsive.

The main upgrades done on my GRiSO are:
- The rear shock, changed with a MUPO AB1 (but I suggest an Ohlins... much better...) and MUPO cartridge on forks (less usefull: our fork is the Showa coming from Aprilia Tuono, very very good already as standard)
- Backward foot pegs
- Low handlebar risers
- A personalized map, done by a friend of the Guareschi's brothers, that give me about 6cv, starting from 113 that my engine had thanks to the titanium tube, the Exan muffler and an "open" air filter.
- Clutch and front brake pumps changed with two Brembo ones (done by the previuos owner)
- Brembo M4 front calipers (by previous owner)
- Some aesthetic details here and there, like some carbonio parts, frame black painted..., licence plate moved on a mono arm, seat hand made, front LED lamp...

Thanks for the great pictures.I had no idea you could get a GRiSO over so far.That’s an incredible lean angle for such a big bike.

Very nice - I had the chance to visit Ercole at his shop in Senago back at Xmas time in late 2013 with some friends who live nearby in Cislago - great stories and a very hospitable group. Looks like you guys do enjoy your fun on the track indeed! More pics when you get a chance!
