One of the neat things I find about the tire pressure monitoring is being physically able to see the tire pressures rise when they heat up. Both tires gain 4 to 5 lbs from when you leave to when you get back. An old racer guy I knew a long time ago told me if you get your pressure in your tires to flucuate that 4 to 5 lbs from cold to hot then you have them dialed in just right. Not sure if he was right, but it seems to work for me.
