| I have an 08 GRiSO. After changing out the actual pump and filter, I still have no pressure. The pump is running and pumping. The tech I have taken it to says it is the regulator built into the fuel pump assembly. Any one know of any hack before I buy the $800 assembly,,,,, hoping that is the issue? Thank you | |

| The relief valves are known to fail by the spring rusting but it is very rare. I'd pull the pump and double check the hose hasn't blown off. You can also check it simply by immersing it in a bucket of fuel and activating the pump . That will tell you if the pump is pumping and the relief valve is relieving. If it is the valve? [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]For future reference rather than buying the entire pump assembly at whatever obscene cost you can but a pump off the Bay of Fleas for peanuts. Much more sensible than spending a king's ransom! Oh, and welcome. I hope your GRiSO has been rollerised? | |

| Apologies, it was the 2008 year that got me. I don’t think we got any 2V Grisos in 2008.
Also the 1100’s all had the shitty, non submersible hose. Unless it was replaced at the same time as the pump it’s likely blown off again or burst.

Oh, and welcome. I hope your GRiSO has been rollerised? I thinks that it Pete. I have the old one off and going to soak it in a few concoctions first. I was looking for a Bosch or like number on it.
